B) Alternative 2: Settlement permit after 5 years
If you meet the following requirements, you will receive Settlement permit after just 3 years!
- You have been 5 years in Germany and have a residence permit
- You have a positive asylum decision with the status "refugee status" received
- You have an own income and do not receive social assistance (ALGII)
- You have a language certificate A2
- You have not punishable made
- You have completed the integration course successfully passed
