Generally applies: § 20 AufenthG is a Residence permit that allows you to stay in Germany for 18 months to look for a job. With this Residence permit you cannot apply directly for Naturalization .

It is important that you find a job. As soon as you have found a job, change Residence permit. The most important task for you now is to change Residence permit and this works best when you start a job. 

If you know that you will find a job quickly, or have a job in prospect, then you can already apply for the Naturalization application. The Naturalization will be sent to you when you have changed Residence permit and are no longer subject to residence law § 20 AufenthG.
