28 para. 1 no. 2 AufenthG means that you have a German child or a child with a German national passport. It does not matter whether only § 28 or § 28 para. 3 appears in the title of your residence permit on your ID. With this Residence permit you can generally be naturalized after 8 years.

How quickly you are naturalized also depends on your biography and what requirements you have. If you have a German spouse, you can be naturalized after 3 years, if you have a B2/C1/C2 language certificate, you can be naturalized after 6 years with special integration achievements. Naturalization and if you have already successfully passed the naturalization test, you can take the Naturalization after 7 years.
