Possible areas of responsibility

• Main contact person for customer concerns, fast and professional support via various channels such as telephone, ticket system and social media
• Answering customer inquiries about naturalization services
• Provision of information about the services of Migrando
• Support in arranging and managing appointments
• Active and empathetic listening to customer feedback, understanding and addressing customer needs
• Accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, resolutions and feedback
• Recognize patterns and trends in customer inquiries and suggest proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and improve customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Have you already worked in customer service? Or are you a career changer with a passion for great service?
• Good written and spoken German is your daily working tool. All other languages are a plus!
• You will be able to combine teamwork and customer orientation perfectly.
• Thanks to your confident use of a PC, you will guarantee the quality standards of our clients.
