Settlement permit with Migrando

This video explains step by step how you can obtain the Settlement permit in Germany with the support of Migrando :

1. Free test: Check on migrando.de whether you meet the requirements for Settlement permit or the direct Naturalization .
2. initial assessment by telephone: After passing the test, a telephone call is made to check whether the details are correct and to request any further information required.
3. issuing a mandate: After the telephone call, you will receive a booking link by e-mail to officially instruct the law firm. You choose the payment method and receive the terms and conditions of the mandate and a power of attorney.
4. file opening: The law firm checks individually which documents are required, e.g. Residence permit, proof of income, language certificates, etc.
5. document check: The law firm checks the submitted documents for completeness. Missing documents will be requested.
6. application: The application for Settlement permit is sent together with all documents to the responsible Foreigners' office .

7. processing time: Foreigners' office is given 10 weeks to process the application. In the event of delays, the authority will be informed of possible legal action.
8. appointment with Foreigners' office: You will receive an appointment to obtain the written certificate from Settlement permit . If there are any problems, the office will support you until you receive the permit.
The process ends with the issuing of the Settlement permit ID card by the Federal Printing Office.
