Do you get the Naturalization with a B2, C1 or C2 language certificate?

As a general rule, the minimum requirement for a Naturalization is the B1 certificate. However, with a B2, C1 or C2 certificate, Naturalization can also work after just 6 years. The important thing here is that you already meet all the other requirements for Naturalization . In this case, you can obtain German citizenship after just 6 years.

Language skills are an important proof of integration for Naturalization.
