Language skills are important for the Naturalization. As a rule, you must have a language certificate for Naturalization . As a general rule, you must have a B1 language certificate. This video is about language skills for the Naturalization!

You are only exempt from a B1 certificate in a few exceptional cases. These include a German school-leaving qualification, a German university degree, a German vocational training qualification or a certain period of schooling in Germany that you can prove. These certificates then count as a substitute for the B1 certificate

If you want to be naturalized after just 6 years, a B2 language certificate or a C1 or C2 certificate will help. This will then be recognized as a special integration achievement in Germany. It is important that you can prove that you meet all other requirements such as the naturalization test, the signed declaration of loyalty and that you are able to support yourself.
