Naturalization with Migrando

This video explains step by step how you can obtain the Naturalization in Germany with the support of Migrando :

1. Free test at migrando.de: This test checks whether you basically meet the naturalization requirements.
2. initial telephone assessment: Once you have passed the test, you will be called by the office. They will check whether your details are correct and ask additional questions.
3. appointment: After the telephone assessment, you can instruct the law firm online. You will receive the terms and conditions of the mandate by e-mail and can sign the power of attorney online.
4. file is opened: The law firm checks which documents are required. An e-mail lists these, e.g. Residence permit, proof of income, language certificates, naturalization test, national passport, health insurance certificate and registration certificate.
5. checking the documents: The office will check your documents. If they are complete, the naturalization application will be prepared and sent to the naturalization authority. Missing or incomplete documents will be requested subsequently.
6. waiting time at the authority: Once the application has been submitted, the office will remind the authority of the processing deadline after 10 weeks. In the event of delays, a Lawsuit for failure of act can be submitted.
7. naturalization appointment: The office will organize a naturalization appointment, which you must attend. After this appointment, the naturalization procedure is usually completed and you will receive your German passport.

All steps are explained in detail to facilitate the naturalization process.
