Naturalization as an Afghan without a national passport!

This video explains how Afghans without a national passport, Tazkira or birth certificate can be naturalized in Germany. Normally you need a passport to Naturalization, but if these documents are missing, you must first apply for a proof of identity called "Tasbiti Hoyat" at the relevant embassy (Munich, Bonn or Berlin). This proof requires other documents such as Tazkiras or birth certificates from parents or relatives. Although tazkiras are not currently issued, a birth certificate can be obtained with the proof of identity. This contains the name, date of birth and a passport photo. With the birth certificate, the lawyer can prove your identity, which is sufficient for Naturalization , even without a national passport. Further details and a helpful link can be found in the video description.
