New rules for skilled immigrants!

The video provides information about the new regulations of the Skilled Immigration Act in Germany. Previously, it was difficult to obtain a work permit, especially in regulated professions such as medicine or teaching. Now, workers with practical work experience and training abroad can find a job more easily without having their qualifications recognized in Germany. The introduction of recognition partnerships facilitates entry, as professional qualifications can also be recognized after entry. Furthermore, third-country nationals may work regardless of their qualifications if they have the approval of the Federal Agency. A significant change concerns the Settlement permit, which can now be applied for more quickly after 3 years for skilled workers with residence permits. Another change, the "opportunity card", is intended to further simplify the immigration process from June. The video encourages viewers to discuss their plans and the impact of the new regulations on their future in Germany in the comments.
