Unfortunately, an application for a settlement permit or Naturalization has no prospect of success in your case as you do not yet have a Residence permit .
You first need a temporary right of residence. The following Residence permit are particularly suitable for people with a Tolerance permit : Sections 25a, 25b, 19c, 19d, 25 para. 5, 28 or 104c AufenthG. Ask your Foreigners' office whether you meet the requirements for one of these Residence permit .
As soon as you have a temporary right of residence, we recommend that you take the free test again. As soon as you meet the requirements for a settlement permit or Naturalization , you will receive a free consultation.
