Possible areas of responsibility
- You make telephone contact with leads who are already interested (no cold calling)
- You are a passionate sales personality, are convincing and can communicate this well
- You provide assistance and information about our service offerings
- You are always an emphatic listener and actively support your clients
- You help other people to make the naturalization process as easy as possible, e.g. with our product
- You are the first interface between clients and internal departments
- You build up a structure in which you can process huge demand for our product in a quality-assured manner.
Your profile
- You generally enjoy working for and with people
- Reliability, efficiency and organizational skills are your strengths
- A completed apprenticeship or degree
- Practical experience as a sales manager or sales manager (regardless of whether it is stationary or online)
- You know how to start a PC and perhaps know one or two programs, such as Hubspot, Zoho or Personio
- You speak German and may have one or two other languages in your luggage.ย
