• Campaign development: Conception and implementation of target group-specific social media campaigns that create brand awareness and contribute to lead generation.
• Social media strategy: You are largely responsible for the optimization and further development of our social media strategy.
• Content creation: Plan and create strong content together with your team that brings real value to our target group.
• Content calendar: Create and maintain a detailed content calendar to plan and coordinate the publication and promotion of content.
• Analysis & optimization: You are familiar with social media analysis, know which KPIs are important and use your findings for future content.

Your profile

• Background: We don't care about your degree - you convince us with impressive projects or references.
• Successful project completions: Proven track record of leading and completing projects, preferably in the social media marketing industry.
• Video marketing: You are very familiar with the terms "hook" and "CTA" and you have experience in the field of short content.
• Platform pro: You have a deep understanding of the social media world (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), from algorithms to trends.
• Data analysis: adept at using social media analysis tools and always on the hunt for potential improvements
