Possible areas of responsibility
- Maintaining community engagement by responding to comments and messages on all social media channels
- Creating community campaigns (e.g. surveys) on social media
- Collecting feedback from the community and deriving suitable measures
- Work closely with Customer Support and Marketing to continuously optimize the client experience
- Writing target group-oriented texts and text modules for corporate communications on various channels
Your profile
- Strong expertise on social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Passion for people and helping them
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
