Possible areas of responsibility
- Main contact person for customer concerns, fast and professional support via various channels
- Answering customer inquiries about naturalization services
- Provision of information about the services of Migrando
- Support in arranging and managing appointments
- Active and empathetic listening to customer feedback, understanding and addressing customer needs
- Accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, resolutions and feedback
- Recognize patterns and trends in customer inquiries and suggest proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and improve customer satisfaction
Your profile
- Excellent communication skills and friendly customer service
- Ability to explain complex information in an understandable way
- Patience and empathy in customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in working with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage
- Foreign language skills are a plusย
